Before you pay
Does my workspace need to exist first?
Yes. IdeaLine is by invitation, so pay after your workspace is set up. If you open this page from Settings, Plan & account inside IdeaLine, your workspace is attached to the payment automatically and your plan updates by itself.
Will my card details be stored by IdeaLine?
No. You type them on Stripe’s page. IdeaLine receives your billing name and email, the plan, the amount and the payment status. It never sees the card number, expiry or security code.
I need an invoice or a purchase order.
Email hello@idealine.io and we will send one.
How do I cancel or update my card?
Use the Stripe link in your receipt email, or the billing link on this page once you have paid. Canceling never deletes your data. You can export everything at any time.
