Sign in with your email and password, step by step.

Zoom in on each part
Email. The address your invitation was sent to. Password. The password you chose. Sign in. Submits the form. Email me a sign-in link. Sends a one-time link instead of using your password. See Sign in with an emailed link. Forgot password? Starts a reset. See Reset a password you forgot.
- Go to the IdeaLine sign-in page
Choose Log in at the top of any page on idealine.io. Bookmark the page you land on.
- Type your email and password
Your browser or password manager can fill these in for you.
- Choose Sign in
If your workspace uses two-step sign-in, a second screen asks for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. See Two-step sign-in with an authenticator app.
- Start working
IdeaLine opens your workspace.
Good to know
If the page shows an error, read it. It says what to fix. Too many wrong codes at the two-step screen makes IdeaLine ask you to wait a minute. See I cannot sign in.
Tip
Sign in on your own devices only. On a shared computer, always choose Sign out when you finish. See Sign out.
