Import an IdeaLine JSON backup to bring back or combine your work.

Import brings back or merges projects, ideas, files, templates and contacts from an IdeaLine JSON backup. Items with the same ID are replaced.

- Download a backup first if you do not have one
See Download everything: your data backup. Choose Backup file (JSON).
- Open Settings, then Data & backup and scroll to Restore from a backup
- Choose Choose backup file
Pick the .json file.
- Choose Import
- Check your projects, ideas and files
Open the Calendar and Board to confirm everything is back.
Be careful
Because items with the same ID are replaced, importing an older backup can overwrite newer edits. Download a fresh backup before you import.
