Billing at a glance

Where your payments, receipts, invoices and card live, and who to ask about each.

1 min read

Billing for IdeaLine runs on Stripe, a payment company. You pay, and later manage your payment details, on pages that Stripe hosts. IdeaLine never sees your full card number.

Good to know

Online checkout is being switched on. Until then, buttons on the Pay page say “Online checkout opens soon”, and you can pay by invoice. See Get an invoice or purchase order.

The facts about Stripe on these pages come from Stripe’s own help for customers. We link to it where it helps, and the last word on how a Stripe page works is Stripe’s.
