What Stripe can and cannot do#

|---|---|
| Refunds | IdeaLine. Stripe cannot issue refunds for a business. |
| Cancelling a plan | You, in your billing page (Cancel your plan), or IdeaLine. Stripe cannot cancel for a business. |
| A charge you do not recognize | Stripe’s charge lookup shows the business. Then ask the business, or your bank. |
| A business that does not reply, or fraud | Your bank, which can open a dispute. |
| Erasing data a payment left behind | IdeaLine first. Stripe’s guide explains the rest. See Erase your billing information. |
| A receipt link that stopped working | You can request a new link yourself. See Find and download a receipt. |
