Add a project to your own calendar app

Download an .ics file so one project appears in Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar.

1 min read
  1. Open a project that has a due date

If it has none, IdeaLine asks you to add a due date first.

  2. Choose Add to Calendar

    An .ics file downloads.

  3. Open the file

Your calendar app offers to add the event. In Google Calendar you can also import the file from its settings.

Good to know

This adds a single event once. It does not stay in sync. To keep a whole calendar up to date, use a calendar link instead. See Subscribe to IdeaLine from Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar.
