Send a post to Buffer
Push the text of a Content, Social media or Email project to Buffer.

If your workspace has connected Buffer, you can send a project’s text there without leaving IdeaLine. IdeaLine sends only what you choose and does not read your Buffer analytics.
- Open a Content, Social media or Email project
Save any other edits first. Sending closes the project window.
- Choose Send to Buffer
- Choose What to do
Save as a draft in Buffer, add to your Buffer queue, schedule for a specific time, or save as an idea.
- Pick a Channel
IdeaLine suggests one that matches the platforms on the project.
- For a scheduled post, set Publish at
- Check the Text, then choose Send to Buffer
Only the text in the box is sent. Your project in IdeaLine is not changed.
Good to know
If Buffer is not connected, the window says so. An owner or admin connects it. See Connect Buffer.
