Who owns your data and who can see it

• You own your data. IdeaLine keeps what your team creates, and you can download all of it at any time. See Download everything: your data backup.
• Your data is never sold to advertisers.
• Access follows roles. People see only what their role, permission level and view allow. Contacts such as clients never get accounts. See Roles and permissions reference.
• Files stay where they are. The Repository stores links, so your storage service decides who can open a file. See The Repository tab, explained.
• Leaving is in your hands. You can delete your account. See Delete your account.
