Not live yet

Online checkout with Stripe has not been switched on yet. This guide shows how it will work so you can read it ahead of time. Until then, you can pay by invoice. See Get an invoice or purchase order.

Every payment has an invoice. Your billing page keeps the full list, so you can download old ones any time.

  1. Open your billing page
  2. Find Invoice history

It lists each invoice with the date, amount and status.

Need everything in one file?#

The billing page lists invoices one by one. For a single statement of all payments, email hello@idealine.io from your account address, say which dates you need, and we will send it.

Something on an invoice is wrong#

  • Wrong name, address or tax ID. Fix it first. See Change your billing name, address or tax ID. Then ask us to reissue the invoice. We cannot always change an invoice that is already issued, but we can send a corrected one.
  • Wrong email. Tell us the address that should receive billing email.
  • Missing invoice. If a payment has no invoice in your list, email us the date and amount.
Good to know

Issued invoices can be subject to tax and record-keeping rules, so they are corrected or voided rather than deleted. See Erase your billing information.
