Pay for your plan
How checkout works on a page hosted by Stripe, and what to do while it is being finished.
Online checkout with Stripe is being finished. On the Pay page, the plan buttons show “Online checkout opens soon” until it is switched on. Until then, ask for an invoice. See Get an invoice or purchase order. The steps below describe how checkout will work.
How it works#
- You pick a plan and pay on a page hosted by Stripe.
- Card details never reach IdeaLine. You type them on Stripe’s page. IdeaLine receives your billing name and email, the plan, the amount and the payment status.
- After you pay, Stripe emails your receipt and your plan switches on within a minute or two.
- You manage your card, invoices and plan later in your billing page. See Open your billing page.
Pay for your plan, step by step#
- Set up your workspace first
IdeaLine is by invitation, so pay after your workspace exists.
- Sign in and open Settings, then Plan & account
Starting from inside IdeaLine attaches your workspace to the payment, so your plan updates by itself.
- Open the Pay page and choose Monthly or Annual
Annual saves money compared with 12 monthly payments.
- Choose Pay here with Stripe on your plan
Stripe opens in a new tab.
- Complete the payment on Stripe’s page
- Wait a minute or two
Stripe emails your receipt, and IdeaLine updates your plan. Refresh IdeaLine and check Plan & account.
Enterprise#
Pricing and billing for Enterprise are set in a written order form, and we invoice you. Talk to us.
