Online checkout with Stripe has not been switched on yet. This guide shows how it will work so you can read it ahead of time. Until then, you can pay by invoice. See Get an invoice or purchase order.

Stripe creates a receipt for every successful payment and every refund. You can view it in your browser and save it as a PDF.

From your email#

  1. Find the email

Search your mailbox for “receipt” and “IdeaLine”. Check spam and junk too. It goes to the billing email on the payment. See I did not get an email from IdeaLine.
