Calendar

Download the calendar as a PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG or EPS

Save what you see for a report, a presentation or a printout.

2 min read

The download saves exactly what you see for the month or week on screen, with the year in the title, ready to drop into a report or a slide.

  2. PNG picture choice (JPG is next to it)
  3. SVG vector choice (EPS is next to it)
  4. Include the color key checkbox
  5. Download button
  1. Set up the calendar the way you want it printed

Choose the month or week, the Display size, and any filters. Items from the filters you have applied are included.

  2. Choose Download

The Download calendar view window opens with a preview.

  3. Choose a format

PDF (accessible) gives readable text and is best for reports and printing. It shows the calendar grid exactly as on screen, then a list of every item with its details on the next page. It opens your browser’s print window. Choose “Save as PDF” as the destination. The page is already set to landscape; choose the paper size there. Chrome or Edge gives the best result.

PNG is a picture that is good for slides.

JPG is a picture with a smaller file.

SVG is a vector file. It stays sharp at any size and opens in Illustrator, Figma, Inkscape, Affinity and any web browser. Every box and line of text can be edited.

EPS is a vector file for print and layout work, such as InDesign or Illustrator. Text is set in Helvetica, and faded “done” items are lightened instead of transparent.

  4. Tick or clear Include the color key

The key explains the status colors.

  5. Choose Download

The file saves to your Downloads folder, or the print window opens for PDF.

Good to know

Only owners, admins and roles with the Export calendars, reports and data permission see the Download button. See Roles and permissions reference.

Tip

The PDF is real text, not a picture, so screen readers can read it. PNG, JPG, SVG and EPS are for looking at and designing with, so if you need an accessible copy, choose PDF, or download the Excel or CSV data from Download everything: your data backup.
