How long your history and data are kept
History windows by plan, what happens when you leave and where the formal policy lives.
Two different things are easy to mix up: what you can see in IdeaLine, and what we keep behind the scenes.
What you can see: history windows#

Your own projects, ideas, files and contacts are not removed when they get old. The window applies to the activity log and the Dashboard history.
What happens when you leave#
Deleting an account or workspace is permanent for you. For 30 days we keep one sealed, encrypted copy in case of a mistake, then it is erased. See Delete your account.
