Labels#

Labels are colored tags, such as Social, Email, Web, PR and Event. A project can have several. Tick the labels that apply in the Labels section of the project.

Owners and admins can rename labels, change colors and add new ones. See Edit labels, item types and the color scheme.

Client or requester#

Choose the contact the work is for under Client or requester. You can also color projects by client. See Edit labels, item types and the color scheme.

Collaborators#

Collaborators are the departments, partners and stakeholders who are involved. They are contacts, not people with accounts, so they do not use seats and are never emailed. Tagging them records who the work involves.

  1. Open a project and find Collaborators
  2. Tick the contacts who are involved

Each one shows its relationship, for example Client or Agency / vendor.

  3. Missing someone? Choose Add contact

You can create a contact right there. Owners and admins can manage the whole list in Settings. See Manage clients and collaborators.

  4. Choose Save
Tip

Use the Smart filter to see only the projects for one client or collaborator. See Filter the calendar, board and repository.
