My calendar link is not updating
Why Google, Outlook or Apple can be slow, and how to refresh.

- Be patient. Calendar apps check subscribed links on their own schedule. Google refreshes only every several hours.
- Check it has not expired or been revoked. Open Settings, Calendar & integrations. Each link shows its expiry and when it was last used.
- Check what it includes. A link set to Items assigned to me shows only your items. A link with Hide items that are done hides finished work.
- Make a new link. Revoke the old one, create a new one and subscribe again. The full link is only shown once, so copy it right away. See Subscribe to IdeaLine from Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar.
Good to know
A calendar link is one-way. Changes you make in Google or Outlook never come back to IdeaLine.
