A download did not start or looks wrong

• PDF opens a print window. That is expected. Choose Save as PDF as the destination. Chrome or Edge gives the best result.
• Nothing happens. Your browser may be blocking a download or a pop-up for this site. Allow it and try again.
• You do not see the Download button. It needs a role with the permission to export. Ask an owner or admin. See Roles and permissions reference.
• The file will not open. CSV files open in any spreadsheet app. If Excel shows odd characters, import the file as UTF-8.
• The file is empty. Check your filters and period. An export with nothing in view may be blank.
