I did not get an email from IdeaLine
Where to look for invitations, reset links, sign-in links and alerts.

- Wait a couple of minutes
- Check spam and junk
Search your mailbox for “IdeaLine”.
- Check the address
Ask your workspace admin to confirm the email address you were invited with.
- Allow mail from idealine.io
If your organization filters mail, ask your IT team to allow messages from idealine.io.
- Request the email again
On the sign-in page choose Forgot password? or Email me a sign-in link. The reset button in Settings waits about a minute before it can be used again.
- Still nothing?
Email hello@idealine.io from another address and tell us the address you expected the email at.
Good to know
Backup reminders and report emails go only to people who are members of the workspace.
